Is there anything more annoying than to feel sweat drip down your sides during even a cool day? Excessive sweating effects anywhere from 2-3% of the worlds population. In fact, it is one of the most common conditions besides for the common back pain.
Luckily there are some things you can do to stop your excessive sweating.
Drink tons of water! Contrary to what most people think, you actually need to drink MORE water in order to sweat less.
- Think of your body as a high octane race car. In order to keep cool, it needs a supply of oil to exchange heat. When the oil starts to run low, the cars temperature will heat up. Well if you are low on water, your body temperature will also rise which triggers the sweat response which will produce that ever familiar sweating sensation.
Exercise More. This is something no one wants to hear! However, exercising more does effect the amount you sweat. A body that is more in shape, has an easier time of keeping cool because of increased blood circulation. Spend time working on exercises that target your cardio for best results for reduced sweating.
Magnesium and Vitamin B are your best friends!
Magnesium is crucial to helping detoxify the body. Your body uses your sweat to detox itself whenever poison levels are too high. More magnesium will reduce the amount you sweat because it will detox your body instead of your body having to detox itself.
Vitamin B is great for making all your internal functions run smoothly. More vitamin B means more efficient internal cooling.By Daniel Kooper
