Usually these outgrowth of flesh does remain unnoticed until they are about 1cm or when they are cancerous already. The most common of these symptoms or calls as I termed it in the title of this article, is colorectal bleeding. this bleeding are not obvious at first. They only become noticeable when you really see red blood in your stool. That's why doctors/medical practitioners would recommend stool examination, called, fecal occult blood test as often as you need.
Some Colon Polyps do not cause pain or any change in bowel movement because they are small to block the passage of fecal waste. But once they are large enough to cause an obstruction, they can be very painful. I have had a bout of polyps for the last 5 years and I know what kind of pain it does cause.
Many times I have thought of having it remove through surgery, but thought also of other ways that will not be under the knife. And that is just what I have found, hence this website.
If you feel you have the same problem or want to find out if you have one. Please consult a certified person right away and have your stool examined. You can surf the site for further information on colon health and treatment. All contents here are from my own reading, some may be quoted from books or other sources, and my own small way of sharing information in the hope that one person could be helped.
When Colon Polyps makes a call, DO NOT ignore it. It wants you to take action. It probably mean, you have forgotten to take care of your colon. And usually you are in a dire state.
