You've got that horrible feeling in your gut but nothing to prove it so far. Or maybe you have some proof but aren't sure what to do. Either way, you think your partner is being unfaithful to you, breaking your precious commitment. Read on to find out if you're being cheated on for sure, because you deserve the truth.
Common Sense
It's easy to get carried away with over analyzing all the little things. Stop for a second and try to look at the bigger picture. Look at noticeable changes in your partner's behavior. Are they snappish and quick to start fights? Are they no longer wearing their wedding or engagement ring? Do they have new clothes or items that you've never seen before? Don't pick things apart too much, but do be on the lookout for inconsistencies. This is one of the first steps to find out if you're being cheated on.
The "Friend"
If you're involved with someone for any significant amount of time, you will know who their friends are. At the very least, you'll know their friends' names. If you lover was with these friends, they will mention them by name. If they say, "I was with a friend" or "some friends", that should ring an alarm in your head.
Publicity
While you're trying to find out if you're being cheated on, your partner may be trying to hide you from their other lover. Does he avoid calling you his wife or girlfriend to certain people? Does she not want to go out to dinner or the movies at certain places? Note these as definite warning signs.
