Stop Fatigue - What Causes Your Tiredness, And How to Stop It!

Learning how to stop fatigue can be a difficult task. In most cases there is more than one cause, and there are many different causes!

I'm going to start with what is probably the biggest cause: caffeine. Caffeine is the most popular drug in the world, consumed by millions of people everyday. It is often used by people suffering from fatigue to "get them through the day" and little do they know it is far from helping their situation. Caffeine provides the energy boost that increases mental alertness when someone is feeling tired or weak. While this is true, there are many side effects to the drug that most people don't know about.

Instead of eliminating fatigue, caffeine is actually one of the main causes, if one stops their use of the drug they may immediately experience the end of their fatigue. Some of the ways it causes fatigue are: It disturbs normal sleep patterns and relaxation,it stimulates the adrenal glands, it fluctuates our emotions and causes exhausting withdrawal symptoms when we stop using it. As you can see there are more cons than pro's in the debate over caffeine use.

Some other common causes of fatigue are stress and anxiety, depression, alcohol, smoking, inactive lifestyle, poor sleep habits and not enough relaxation. There is often no "Simple Solution" to ending tiredness, and it is recommended that you resolve one problem at a time as it can be a large change in lifestyle for some people and often results in failure.
